This book that you hold in your hands is much more than a simple compilation of lessons on the Paracha of the week. It is the fruit of a project that has been built for more than twenty years, nourished by the energy and passion of Rav David Benichou for the transmission of the Torah. Each Tuesday evening, the Yéchiva de la Rue paved in Paris resonated with the voice of the Rav, which managed to captivate and raise its listeners, both by the depth of its teachings and by the simplicity with which it transmitted them. These courses, originally recorded on simple cassettes, crossed the decades, bringing together around them a community of students and faithful eager for Torah. It is rare, in the world of Torah's books, to be able to keep intact the dynamics of orality, and this is what this work manages to do.
